Working with Deloitte Consulting, I was the operational lead responsible for supporting the development of the Working Links end state vision for the transformed business. Specific responsibilities included:
• Responsible for a £0.5m resource budget.
• Development of the Working Links UK market value proposition with colleagues on the Aspire – Future Leaders Programme.
• Development of the Working Links value chain.
• Business lead for the development of a set of generic business operating processes, lower level operating processes/procedures and introduced a Business Design Authority to ensure business approval was gained.
• Development of a new customer segmentation approach.
• Supported development of the Working Links Blueprint and target operating model.
• Introduced appropriate governance to ensure operational activities were aligned to future state requirements.
• Supported development of resource models to support delivery of the target operating model.
• Operational lead supporting the development of the new IT case management system.
Implementation Manager - Resettlement Services

Responsible for the successful implementation of Resettlement Services in 15 prisons across BGSW CRC, DDC CRC and Wales CRC as part of the Transforming Rehabilitation contract mobilisation.
Responsible for stakeholder management activity with Ministry of Justice (MOJ) Contract Management and Assurance teams, National Probation Service (NPS), Prison Governors, CRC leads and suppliers; supplier on-boarding including contract negotiation and development. All services were live on contracted start date and delivered within budget.
Transforming Rehabilitation - Service Design Lead

Successful in developing solutions to secure 3 Transforming Rehabilitation contracts valued at approx. £360m over life of contract.
Working Links Service Design Lead responsible for the development of financially viable operating models to support the bidding process for the Transforming Rehabilitation competition.
Completed a full task analysis of all probation functions to identify operating efficiencies and support development of the operating model including integrated functions. Supported the bidding process by providing briefings to bid managers and writers on new service design, writing responses to ‘Interfaces’, “Resettlement Services’ and “Unpaid Work’, supported the bid QA process and MoJ competitive dialogue sessions.

Responsible for the operational management of the NOMS CFO round 2 contract in London, Moving On, aimed at improving the employment prospects of offenders. Contract value exceeded £20m.
Developed and implemented strategy to improve contract performance achieving and exceeding all performance measures set by the funder over the life of the contract.
Managed an operational delivery team of over 70, including 6 direct reports, delivery of services into 8 prisons across London, performance management of 4 end to end partner organisations and internal delivery in the community.

Responsible for the planning and delivery of a number of business projects, contract implementations and performance improvement initiatives.
Project Manager for the implementation of successful tenders from multiple contract funders including the Ministry of justice (MoJ), National Offender Management Services (NOMS), Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) and the European Social Fund (ESF).
Developed and implemented a Programme structure for the Justice business strand to support bid development, pre implementation work, implementation and contract decommissioning.
Managed performance improvement projects both the NOMS CFO Moving On project in London and the New Day contracts in Wales.
Project Managed the development and implementation of policy and procedure to support introduction of new legislation relating to Safeguarding.
In my role of Project Manager and as a partner to HMPS during the prison competition, I worked closely colleagues at HPMS to develop implementation plans to support the bid proposals for both resettlement services and prison industries.
Responsible for the production of project documentation including project initiation documentation, project plans using MS Project and risk logs. Managing business and project risks, including the development and execution of mitigating actions. Ongoing management of project activity and reporting to project sponsors. Preparation of End Project documentation.
